The Bible Baptist Church of Warriors Mark was founded in 1981 by Pastor Steven Burns with a small group of dedicated believers who began meeting for Bible study and prayer at the Baileyville Grange in Pennsylvania Furnace.  As the Lord provided through donations, sacrifice and the sweat equity of the members, a small church building was erected on a piece of ground just off Route 550 near Warriors Mark.  They held their first service at the new church building on Christmas Day of 1983.  Since then, there have been several additions to the building as well as an outdoor, covered pavilion.

In 2010, Pastor Burns retired after 29 years of ministry.  Pastor Alan Kilian was called as pastor for the congregation and served the church until late 2017.  In 2018, Pastor David B. Donnelly was called as the third pastor of Bible Baptist Church.

The church is a conservative, independent, Bible-teaching church that is baptistic in doctrine and unaffiliated with any group or denomination.
